QUANZHOU HENG YUE TONG IMPORT & EXPORT CO., LTD. announced significant upgrades to its manufacturing facilities through the integration of multiple automated and semi-automated production systems. These new systems support key processes such as Christmas tree branch formation, LED assembly for tabletop displays, precision cutting for plush ornaments, and automated coating for resin crafts.
The automated branch-weaving machine ensures high-density, uniform branches, resulting in fuller and more natural tree appearances. LED assembly stations enhance durability through precision welding. Advanced cutting systems for plush ornaments improve shape accuracy, while intelligent spray-coating arms enhance surface quality for resin and ceramic products.
With improved efficiency, capacity, and quality control, the upgraded facilities strengthen the company’s ability to support large-scale global orders and OEM/ODM projects.
